Core Ultra 5 250K Plus

Intel · Core Ultra 5 · 2026 · LGA1851

Overview

The Intel Core Ultra 5 250K Plus is a desktop processor with 18 cores (6 Performance-cores and 12 Efficiency-cores), released in 2026 at an MSRP of $219. It is part of the Core Ultra 5 lineup, using the 200 Series Plus platform, and fits the LGA1851 socket. Internally, it is built on the "Arrow Lake Refresh" architecture. Only the 6 P-cores support Hyper-Threading, while the 12 E-cores handle a single thread each, together yielding 18 threads: the P-cores tackle latency-sensitive and lightly-threaded work, while the E-cores take on background and highly parallel tasks. The Core Ultra 5 250K Plus has a base clock of 4 GHz and can boost up to 5.3 GHz depending on workload and thermal headroom. Intel manufactures the "Arrow Lake Refresh" silicon on a Intel 3 process node. The multiplier is unlocked, making overclocking straightforward. This processor supports DDR5 memory. With a TDP of 125W, the Core Ultra 5 250K Plus sits in a typical power envelope for a modern desktop CPU. Integrated graphics are provided by the Intel Graphics 1500 solution, so a discrete GPU is not required for display output. The cache hierarchy consists of 80KB/core of L1, 30MB of L2, and 30MB of L3 cache.

Arrow Lake Refresh — entirely new 6P+12E core config not seen in previous Arrow Lake. 4 more E-cores and 6MB more L3 than the 245K it replaces. Ships with 200S Boost Mode enabled by default.
