Platinum is the top tier, scaling to eight-socket systems over three UPI links with two AVX-512 FMA units per core. The F suffix adds an integrated Intel Omni-Path fabric interface for HPC clusters, adding roughly 8-10W of TDP. On this model the fabric connection takes one of the three UPI links, leaving two for socket-to-socket traffic.
