The Intel Core Ultra 7 155H is a mobile (laptop) processor with 16 cores (6 Performance-cores and 10 Efficiency-cores), released in 2023. It is part of the Core Ultra 7 lineup, using the Core Ultra Series 1 platform, and uses the FCBGA2049 package, which is soldered to the laptop's motherboard rather than socketed. Internally, it is built on the "Meteor Lake-H" architecture. Only the 6 P-cores support Hyper-Threading, while the 10 E-cores handle a single thread each, together yielding 22 threads: the P-cores tackle latency-sensitive and lightly-threaded work, while the E-cores take on background and highly parallel tasks. The Core Ultra 7 155H has a base clock of 1.4 GHz and can boost up to 4.8 GHz depending on workload and thermal headroom. Intel manufactures the "Meteor Lake-H" silicon on a Intel 4 process node. This processor supports DDR5/LPDDR5X memory. With a base TDP of 28W and a minimum assured power 20W, maximum turbo power 115W, which the laptop maker sets to suit its cooling design, the Core Ultra 7 155H is a balanced power envelope suited to mainstream laptops. Integrated graphics are provided by the Arc Graphics solution, so a discrete GPU is not required for display output. The cache hierarchy includes 24MB of L3 cache.
